The simplest way to order bulk personalised gifts with names is to send us the whole list in one message. It works for 10 names or 100, and you only have to check the list once.

1. Pick the gift. Choose one product for everyone, or a few products for different groups. Browse gift sets or single items such as name coasters and leather keychains.
2. Collect every name in one list. One name per line, spelt exactly as it should appear.

What should the name list look like?

A clean list is the single biggest reason a team order arrives right. These habits help:

• One name per line, exactly as it should be printed. "Mdm Tan", "Jasmine T." and "JT" are three different prints.
• Check capitals. Names are printed exactly as written, so "ALEX" and "Alex" look different on the gift.
• Put the colour next to the name if people get different colours, for example "Priya, pink".
• Count the lines. The number of names should match the quantity you order.
• Send the final list once. Changes sent in pieces are where most mix ups start.

How do you make sure every name on a team order is right?

The more names in an order, the more places a mistake can hide, so every name is checked against your list before anything is printed: spelling, capitals, colour and which item it belongs to. Orders are processed within 2 working days, and delivery takes 1 to 3 working days. Bulk orders and peak season (August, November and December) may take slightly longer, because every name is set up and checked one by one.
