There is no strict minimum order quantity for most products. Individual personalised gifts start from 1 piece. For corporate bulk orders with special pricing, we typically work with quantities of 30 pieces and above. Contact us via WhatsApp for a custom quotation.
Standard personalised orders are processed within 3 to 5 working days. Because we print in house in Singapore, there are no overseas shipping delays. Express options may be available for urgent orders depending on current production volume.
Yes, LIMTEH PROJECT offers free shipping within Singapore for all orders above S$50. Orders below S$50 are subject to a flat delivery fee. Self-collection is also available at our Nordcom II location in Gambas Crescent.
