LIMTEH won the Innovation Excellence category at the SME AI Impact Awards 2026, organised by IMDA and the Singapore Business Federation (SBF). What are the SME AI Impact Awards 2026?

The SME AI Impact Awards 2026 are new awards from IMDA and SBF for small and medium businesses in Singapore with real, measurable results. They are part of the National AI Impact Programme, and this first edition recognises 30 SMEs across two categories: Innovation Excellence, for businesses that built their own solution, and Adoption Excellence, for businesses that put existing tools to work.

Entries were judged on three things: how big a business problem was solved, the measurable results, and how the team adapted the way it works. The judges also visited nominated companies to see the results in person. The winners were announced at the awards ceremony on 13 October 2026. What did LIMTEH win the award for?

LIMTEH is listed among the Innovation Excellence winners as "Uses AI to reduce 80% rework on orders". Rework is any order we have to make a second time, because a name came out wrong, a font was mixed up or a detail got lost along the way.
